PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide in which residual dross is reduced and production of bubbles is effectively prevented, to provide a method of manufacturing the optical waveguide, and to provide an optical information processor. SOLUTION: In the optical waveguide 1, a plurality of cores 3 are arranged on a clad 2, connecting core member parts 4 intersecting the plurality of cores 3 and connecting the cores 3 are provided, and the connecting core member parts 4 also function as supplying ways of the core material, when the core is molded. The method of manufacturing the optical waveguide includes a process, in which a mold is manufactured which has first recessed parts corresponding to the shape of the cores and a second recessed parts corresponding to the shapes of the connecting core member parts; a process in which the core material is filled into the mold and the clads are stuck to each other; a process, in which the clads are pressurized; a process, in which the core material corresponding to the shrunk amount of the core material when the core material is hardened is supplied while hardening the core material from the second recessed parts to the first recessed parts ; and a process, in which the cores are separated from the mold after being hardened.
