PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable leg having high strength, and superior in appearance design, in the stable leg for supporting a panel for constituting a low partition so as not to overturn. SOLUTION: This stable leg is formed as a structure of combining a steel L-shaped leg 1 and an aluminum die cast or resin L-shaped cover leg 10. The steel L-shaped leg 1 has a horizontal part 2 and a vertical part 3 by bending band steel of continuously forming a rib 4 in a central part in an L shape. The L-shaped cover leg 10 has a horizontal part 11 and a vertical part 12, and forms a storage space 13 in a bottom part of at least the horizontal part 11, and can store the horizontal part 2 of the steel L-shaped leg 1.
