PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin test sheet for surface measurement for testing the amount of moisture evaporation and/or secretory components, etc. on a broad area of skin. SOLUTION: The sheet consists of a sheet-shaped indicator holder 12 containing an indicator to indicate specified conditions of the skin, a diffusion prevention film 14 which is attached to one side of the indicator holder 12 and permeable to steam, and an adhesive layer 16 formed at a part of a side of the diffusion prevention film 14, which is the other side of the one where the indicator holder 12 is attached.
