An apparatus and method of controlling a constant temperature of a refrigerator is provided to uniformly maintain a temperature in the refrigerator after completion of operation of a compressor. An apparatus for controlling a constant temperature of a refrigerator includes a first magnetic body(220), a motor drive part(210), a second drive part(240), and a paramagnetic body(230). The first magnetic body is installed in the refrigerator to generate a magnetic field. The motor drive part rotates the first magnetic body. The second drive part is installed opposite to the first magnetic body to form an attractive or repulsive magnetic field with the first magnetic body when the first magnetic body is rotated. The paramagnetic body is installed between the first and second magnetic bodies to absorb or emit ambient heat.
