PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable network structure while preventing the generation of unnecessary undirected relation between master elements in a V-shaped confluent part. SOLUTION: Teacher data including a plurality of variables are input, restriction information concerned with the relation of the plurality of variables is input, structure expressing the relation of the plurality of variables is generated from the teacher data and the restriction information by graphical modeling, a V-shaped confluent part existing in the structure is detected from the teacher data and the structure by PC algorithm, and when undirected relation exists between master elements in the detected V-shaped confluent part, the undirected relation is cut and the structure obtained after cutting is output.
