PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for analyzing a person's psychological state with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The physiologic information of the object person 11 is obtained by a physiologic information obtaining device based upon signals from physiologic information sensors 1-1 to 1-m, the environmental information on the environment 12 around the person 11 is obtained by an environmental information obtaining device 6 based upon signals from environmental information sensors 5-1 to 5-n, and these physiologic information and environmental information are combined and analyzed by an information analyzer 7 to thereby presume the person's psychological state and output it as psychological information.
