A composition includes microstructured water having a melting point lower than double distilled water. The composition may include dissolved oxygen. The dissolved oxygen may be present in an amount greater than 20 ppm. The microstructured water may have a cluster size of 6-8 molecules, and may have a cluster factor of about at least 30. The composition may include at least one member selected from the group consisting of vitamins, plant extracts, animal extracts, pharmaceutically active agents, flavorants and colorants.
