摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake structure of an internal combustion engine capable of providing a strong tumble, by straightening a flow of intake air in an intake port with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This intake structure 10 of the internal combustion engine has the intake port 5 and a partition plate 11 for dividing the intake port. The partition plate 11 has a straightening means 12 for straightening the flow of the intake air AG. This intake structure 10 can form a strong tumble flow in a downstream combustion chamber by straightening the flow of the intake air by a simple device of arranging the straightening means on the partition plate. Thus, the internal combustion engine adopting this intake structure can improve combustion, emission and output. An intake control valve 15 for controlling the flow of the intake air AG may also be arranged on the upstream side of the partition plate 11.
