PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonographic device, facilitating retrieval for required RAW data, and an image processor thereof. SOLUTION: This ultrasonographic device includes: an ultrasonic probe 1 for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves to and from a subject P; a transmitter/receiver part 2 for transmitting and receiving a signal to and from the ultrasonic probe 1; a RAW data generating part 3 for generating RAW data based upon a received signal of the transmitter/receiver part 2; a RAW data processing part 4 for collecting RAW data generated by the RAW data generating part 3; a RAW data analysis part 52 for generating analysis data by analyzing the RAW data collected by the RAW data collecting part 4 and creating and updating the analysis history data of the RAW data; and an image data generating part 51 for generating the image data from the RAW data, wherein the RAW data analysis part 52 creates the analysis history data of the collected RAW data and displays the same on a display part 7.
