PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve design while suppressing a temperature rising in a lens barrel. SOLUTION: The lens unit 4 is freely mounted on and demounted from a camera body 3. The lens unit comprises the lens barrel 6 in which a taking lens 24 is incorporated, a heat radiation member 7 in which a CCD 25 is incorporated, and a lens-side mount part 8 mounted on a mount part 10 of the camera body 3. The lens barrel 6 has an IR cut film 50 stuck on its outer peripheral surface. The heat radiation member 7 has heat radiation fins 31 formed on its outer periphery in one body. When the lens unit is irradiated with the sunshine during outdoor use etc., the IR cut film 50 cuts off near infrared rays to prevent the inner side of the lens barrel 60 from being irradiated.
