摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal which can perform telephone conversation easily with the operator of a center unit, based on user operation upon occurrence of a trouble in the communication terminal. SOLUTION: When a center call key 5a provided on the operating plane of an operating section 5 and calling the operator of a center unit 40 provided in a maintenance service center is depressed (YES at S1), the main control section 1 of a digital composite device 20 transmits (S2) the apparatus information (e.g. part number, serial number, client management number) center calling signal of the digital composite device 20 to the center unit 40 through the Internet 90, establishes (S3) telephone conversation session between the center unit 40 and the digital composite device 20 through the Internet 90, and performs telephone conversation with the operator of the center unit 40 about the trouble such as fault or operating method of the device 20 using a microphone 14A and a speaker 14B provided in the operating section 5 and performing telephone conversation with the operator of the center unit 40 (S4).
