PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardenable resin composition capable of forming a hardened film having high conductivity, a reduced coloring tendency, high transparency and good adhesion to a substrate, a laminated article being capable of keeping high conductivity for a long period and being suppressed in the coloring due to the hardened film, and their manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The composition comprises (a) carbon nano-tubes, (b) a (meth)acrylic polymer derived from a (meth)acrylic monomer having a specified polar group, (c) a polymerizable monomer and (d-1) a photo-polymerization initiator or (d-2) a thermal polymerization initiator.
