An electronic commerce method includes: a step [a] where a mobile information processing device (65a) reads an image code, edits first level personal information stored in the mobile information processing device (65a) with information on the image code, directly accesses an enterprise server (64a), after which a license registration check server (28) receives second level personal information stored in the mobile information processing device (65a) and information on the enterprise server (64a); a step [b] where the license registration check server (28) judges whether the mobile information processing device (65a) has been registered for the user; a step [c] where the license registration check server (28) judges whether the enterprise server (64a) has been license-registered; and a step [d] where the license registration check server (28) allows the mobile information processing device (65a) to transmit the second level personal information to the enterprise server (64a).
