A thin-type song accompaniment device in which a display device is installed by one body is provided to easily install a karaoke system without a receiving table or a shelf for receiving a song accompaniment device or an amplifier and efficiently use a narrow karaoke space by integrating the song accompaniment device, the amplifier, and the display device as one device. An opening part(15) is formed in the center of a front cover(11). A back-cover(61) is combined with the front cover(11), and is curved backward to form an internal space. A plurality of heatproof holes(62) is formed in the back-cover(61). A display panel(21) is disposed in a rear surface of the front cover(11), and a display part is formed in a front surface of the display panel(21). A board(41) for a display is disposed in one part of a rear surface of the display panel(21). The board(41) having a plurality of electronic components and a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) elastically connects with the display panel(21), and processes an image signal inputted from the outside. A board(51) for an accompaniment device is disposed in the other side of the rear surface of the display panel(21). The board(51) having a plurality of electronic components and a PCB electrically connects with the board(41), stores song accompaniments and song words, adjusts an interval, a speed, an echo, and a volume of an accompaniment sound, mixes a signal inputted through a microphone, and outputs the mixed signal through a speaker. A power device, disposed in the rear surface of the display panel(21), supplies power to the board for a display(41) and the board for an accompaniment device(51). The board(51) has a main board, a hard disc, and an amplifier. The main board processes data inputted from a key input unit. When music is selected, the main board extracts a corresponding accompaniment sound, and processes the extracted accompaniment sound. The hard disc stores and outputs the song accompaniments and words or a moving picture. The amplifier adjusts the interval, the speed and the echo of the accompaniment sound, and mixes the input signal of the microphone with the accompaniment sound.
