<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way clutch incorporated pulley device for surely preventing the leakage of lubricant from a bearing while suppressing the entry of foreign matters from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: The one-way clutch incorporated pulley device 10 comprises a sleeve 11, a pulley 12 arranged around the sleeve 11 concentrically with the sleeve 11, a one-way clutch 13 arranged in an annular space formed between the sleeve 11 and the pulley 12 for freely transmitting rotating force between the pulley 12 and the sleeve 11 only when one of the pulley 12 and the sleeve 11 tends to rotate relative to the other in a predetermined direction, and a supporting bearing 14 arranged in the annular space for supporting the sleeve 11 and the pulley 12 in a relatively rotatable manner.
