PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an opening/closing panel detachable in a closed state. SOLUTION: A hinge mechanism for attaching the opening/closing panel 3 to a front surface frame is constituted of a movable shaft member 40 rotated together with the opening/closing panel, a shaft support member 30 for supporting the movable shaft member 40, a movable side bearing hole which is provided to the front surface frame side and to which the tip end of the movable shaft member is inserted, and the energizing member of the movable shaft member. A movable range regulation member 61 for the movable shaft member for blocking detachment by being abutted on the operation part of the movable shaft member when the movable shaft member moves in a detaching direction in the state that the opening/closing panel is closed is projected from the front surface frame side.
