PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-noise release paper for protecting an adhesive surface of an absorbent article and a low-noise individual packaging material for protecting privacy by reducing noises generated when carrying and using the absorbent article and disposing of the absorbent article after use. SOLUTION: The release paper includes a layer which is constituted of silicone and is attached to the adhesive surface of the absorbent article. A film layer containing a polyolefin type and a layer made of a soft paper are formed on the silicone layer. The individual packaging material comprises a film layer containing a polyolefin type and a layer made of a soft paper. The release paper and the individual packaging material with the structure generate effects to protect privacy by reducing the noise generated when carrying and using the absorbent article and disposing of the absorbent article after use.
