An apparatus for opening and closing a terminal part of an electronic product is provided to allow a cover to sufficiently and tightly cover the terminal part by removing stepped difference in front and rear directions and left and right directions. One side of a cover(110) is combined to a terminal part(300) by a hinge. The cover(110) opens and closes the terminal part(300). A hook(120) is formed in a rear surface of the cover(110). A locker(130) is installed in the terminal part(300), and is repeatedly combined and separated with/from the hook(120) by the hook(120) by a press operation of the cover(110). An inserting part(140) and the first combining projection(150) are formed in the rear surface of the cover(110) and the terminal part(300) to restrain the stepped difference of a left and right direction of the cover(110) because the inserting part(140) and the first combining projection(150) are mutually inserted when the cover(110) is closed. The second combining projection(160) and an elastic supporting piece(170) are formed in the rear surface of the cover(110) and the terminal part(300) to restrain the stepped difference of a front and rear direction of the cover(110) because the second combining projection(160) and the elastic supporting piece(170) are mutually and elastically slid and supported when the cover(110) is closed.
