<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rice food containing an ingredient, which has excellent qualities such as appearance, palatability, etc., and is preservable at a normal temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The cooked rice food containing an ingredient is produced by carrying out a rice sterilization process for sterilizing rice at ≤100°C, an ingredient sterilization process for sterilizing an ingredient material and a seasoning liquid separately from the rice sterilization process, a mixing process for mixing rice after the rice sterilization process with the ingredient material and the seasoning liquid after the ingredient sterilization process, a rice cooking process for heating the mixture mixed by the mixing process and cooking rice and a sealing process for sealing the mixture after the rice cooking process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
