PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method and an image processing program, capable of displaying a proper histogram according to an intention of a user when performing medial diagnosis by image display and histogram display. SOLUTION: When changing a target voxel group 12 into a target voxel group 14 shown in (b) when a histogram 13 to the target voxel group 12 is one shown in (c) of image data 11 shown in (a), a histogram 15 to the target voxel group 14 changes as shown in (d). Thus, an area to be calculated for the histograms 13, 15 is limited to volume data (the target voxel groups 12, 14) projected on a set area and dynamically processed, the histogram changes in real time when changing the target voxel group.
