PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC-based controller capable of realizing a dial input function on an operation board as an operational feeling as well as input on the operation board on an operation display of a PC, in a PC-based controller in which mechanical control is carried out by the PC. SOLUTION: A dial adjustment function in the mechanical operation board 10 is adjusted by rotation of a scroll wheel of a mouse, and can set up with an operational feeling as well as adjustment on the mechanical operation board so that the dial adjustment function is replaced by a function which graphically displays an adjustment situation on an operational screen.
