PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of being complicated in the quality control of concrete, caused by the requirement of workability and finishability of a specific level, for mainly sharing the weight of a machine by a concrete part. SOLUTION: A frame capable of preventing the outflow of the concrete is formed of two base members 1 and a plate 4, and the concrete is made to flow inside the frame. Rails 5 are also formed on upper surfaces of the base members 1, and a predetermined facility apparatus is placed on the rails 5, and the weight of the facility apparatus is shared by the base members 1.
