PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce city type flood damage which comes into question recently according to the advancement of the provision of sewerage. SOLUTION: This flow suppression part suppresses and reserves an outflow amount in each family and road drain part. The flow suppression part cab inserted and connected to an existing sewer, and the suppressed amount of a flow can be controlled by the size of a hole formed in an outflow part.
