A prefabricated manhole for controlling a sluice valve of waterworks is provided to operate a sluice valve precisely and to maintain a sluice valve easily by operating a sluice valve in an installation site without using additional materials and to cut down on maintenance expenses of waterworks by applying to the preinstalled sluice valve simply without replacing the existing water supply lines. A prefabricated manhole for controlling a sluice valve of waterworks contains: a manhole body(110) made with concrete or synthetic resins and provided with a space(111) opened upward to operate a handle(15) of a sluice valve(10), a seating projection(112) formed on the inner circumference, a valve housing space(113) formed to the center of the bottom to make the sluice valve placed in the space and bolt holes formed on both sides of the valve housing space; a manhole cover(120) put on the seating projection of the manhole body to open and close the space of the manhole body; a bottom support plate(130) put on the upper parts of primary and secondary connection pipes(11,12) of the sluice valve and provided with a valve housing hole and a bolt hole to be spread on the bottom of the manhole body; a waterstop plate(140) provided with a valve housing hole and a bolt hole and placed between the manhole body and the bottom support plate to prevent the inflow of underground water to the inside of the manhole body; primary and secondary bands(150) formed in a semicircle to be adhered closely to the outer circumference of the primary and secondary connection pipes of the sluice valve to cover up the primary and secondary connection pipes not to be moved and provided with a coupling bar(152) penetrated the bolt holes and tightened with a nut(151). |
