A hula hoop for adjusting weight according to the body shape of a user is provided to freely regulate the weight correspondently to the body shape or skill of the user by regulating the number of weight members or the amount of weighted materials filled into the weight member. The hula hoop for adjusting weight according to the body shape of a user is composed of massage projections(20) formed on an inner peripheral surface and a plurality of weight members(30) arranged at regular intervals and provided with an empty weight storage chamber(31) formed inside. Weighted materials(40) are filled into the weight member to increase or decrease the weight and sealed by a cap(32). The weight member is integrated with hoop pieces(12) of the hula hoop.
