PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable stand preventing a cup or a can from being placed in an unstable state such as falling due to a slight vibration and deviation when spreading a sheet in a car or the outdoors and placing cups and cans in various places for eating and drinking. SOLUTION: This resilient and stable cup stand is formed into a conical shape using a coil-shaped spring. The upper frame is formed slightly larger than the circular shape of a drink can and a cup and the bottom part is formed into a large circular frame for stabilizing the frame in the upper part. When this stand is stored, it is contracted from the upper end by pushing and a retaining metal fitting is provided at the bottom for retaining the state.
