摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination method of 3D coordinates of an object. SOLUTION: The 3D coordinates of a partial surface area (6) of the object are determined by the 3D measuring device (3). The 3D measuring device (3) is equipped with one or more detectors (4). The position of the 3D measuring device (3) is decided by a tracking system. The 3D coordinates of the partial surface area (7) near the object are obtained by the 3D measuring device (3). The 3D coordinates of an overlapped area of adjacent partial surface areas (6, 7) are integrated by a matching method. When performing it, an error function is determined and it is minimized repetitively. Further, the error function of the detector (4) of the 3D measuring device (3) is determined.
