<p>Keratinous matter washing composition comprises an amino silicone comprising a sterically complexed group containing an amine functional group, an anionic, nonionic or amphoteric surface-active detergent and a cationic polymer in an aqueous medium. An independent claim is included for a process of washing and conditioning the keratinous matters e.g. hair, comprising application of the composition to the optionally wet matters and preferably rinsing with water after an optional pause.</p> |
