A mobile communication terminal having a handsfree function is provided to enable a user to rapidly make a call connection to others without inconvenience of connecting a connection jack of the ear mike phone to a connection hole. A mobile communication terminal having a handsfree function comprises a mike(310), a speaker(320), the first lead line(330) and the second lead line(340). The first lead line(330) is connected to the mike(310) and the speaker(320). The second lead line(340) is extended from the mike(310) by a certain length. An axis is protruded along a thickness direction from a lower plate surface of the mike(310), and the first winding member and the second winding member are rotatably combined with the axis wherein the first lead line(330) and the second lead line(340) are wound around the first winding member and the second winding member, respectively. A spiral spring is installed at a contact between the first winding member and the second winding member such that they rotates and then restores to an original position. One end of the first lead line(330) is fixedly combined with the first winding member and the other end of the first lead line(340) is fixedly combined with the second winding member. A winding direction of the first lead line(330) around the first winding member is contrary to that of the second lead line(340) around the second winding member such that an elastic force of the spiral spring is accumulated by rotation of the first and the second winding member. A magnet is fixedly combined with a surface of the mike(310) in contact with a magnetic sensor when the mike(310) is held in a holding recess such that a state of holding the mike(310) in the holding recess can be sensed.
