PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the calculation accuracy of a wind velocity vector even if the spatial uniformity of the sky is low. SOLUTION: A Doppler velocity calculation means 3 calculates Doppler velocity for each beam and altitude according to a complex reception signal, means 4 for confirming the conformity between beams confirms the conformity between the beams of the Doppler velocity, a beam selection means 5 selects the combination of beams for each altitude for calculating a wind velocity vector based on the conformity between the beams, and a wind velocity vector calculation means 6 calculates the wind velocity vector for each altitude based on the selected combination of beams for each altitude and the Doppler velocity. |
