A method of constructing a building using a method of removing virulence contained in a concrete building or a building and inorganic or organic virulence contained in a composition material of all buildings is provided to reinforce the stiffness of the building and improve the insulation performance according as the precipitated material fills the space. A method of removing virulence contained in a concrete building comprises a pipe assembly by covering the packing paper at the outside of the second pipe, combines the pipe assembly with reinforcing bars with a predetermined interval in the mold built to pour a concrete mortar(21), flows water or liquid through one end of the first pipe to prevent the moisture or solid contained in the concrete mortar from being flowed in the first pipe, pours the concrete mortar in the mold in the moisture retaining condition of the insertion member, seals the one end of the first and second pipes, and continues to inject the water or the liquid for a predetermined hour through the other end of the opposite side of the first and second pipes.
