An absorbing, transferring and loading apparatus of plural articles is provided to reduce expenses, to decrease the failure rate and to replace parts conveniently by continuously and quickly picking up, transferring and loading products regardless of the distance or the gap of the products. An absorbing, transferring and loading apparatus of plural articles calculates transfer or moving distance of an article transferred by a conveyor belt with a timing belt and products to be picked up by a counter conveyor with a multi-counter, sequentially picks up the products by operating an absorbing pad and an absorbing pipe with a pneumatic cylinder in regulating suction flow from a blower with a blower valve, checks pressure difference with a pressure sensor, bypasses the products in suction failure, adjusts the gap of the products with an automatic gap adjuster, and transfers and loads the products with a servo motor and the timing belt. The absorbing, transferring and loading apparatus includes a loading bucket unit and a multi-pushing unit automatically adjusted.
