PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily and inexpensively installed heat insulating sheet for a window structure by which the heat insulating property of the window structure having a poor heat insulating property is improved, and the cooling/heating efficiency is improved. SOLUTION: The heat insulating sheet 1 for the window structure comprises a main air chamber 14 formed between a plurality of sheet materials 10, a frame-like air chamber 12 formed in a manner of surrounding a periphery of the sheet materials 10 to be expandable in an outward direction, and a valve 28 by which the air is freely injected into and taken out from each of the main air chamber 14 and the frame-like air chamber 12 which are communicated to each other.
