PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed molding bulky, low-priced and capable of being deteriorated, embrittled or collapsed to be decomposed within a short term when scrapped after use. SOLUTION: The foamed molding is obtained by compounded with 10-60 vol.% inorganic foamed balloon in a thermoplastic resin, thermoset resin or biodegradable resin and molded to have a predetermined form, which balloon is obtained by heating and foaming a siloxane and silanol salt high molecular weight solution to be 5-50 times and crushing the obtained to have 1-100μm average particle diameter.
