PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger type needle inspecting device capable of supplying clothes automatically immediately after getting back to an original position of transferring means, in spite of the hanger type needle inspecting device driving a conveying means in back and forth, and also enhancing productivity. SOLUTION: The hanger type needle inspecting device is equipped with a needle inspector 10 arranged lateral side of a passage 12 the clothes 2 hung by hangers 1 pass through to detect needles remaining in clothes, a conveying means 20 driving in back and forth inside of the passage, a supplying means 30 supplying clothes 2 to the inlet side of passage 12, and a delivery means 40 receiving clothes 2 from the supplying means to send to the conveying means 20, while the delivery means 40 is equipped with a guide rail 41 prepared at the inlet side of passage 12 to move the hangers 1 to the conveying means 20, a swing lever 42 supported swingably above the guide rail 41 to swing following to migration of hangers 1, and a regulating section 43 regulating wobble to the front side of swing lever 42 except to getting back of the conveying means 20 to the inlet side.
