PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that each watcher is simultaneously notified of the different statuses of presentity, and that an information operation by presentity is disclosed in accordance with the execution of such access control that presentity is different for each watcher. SOLUTION: This presence system is composed of: a detection part 320 for acquiring presence information managed by a presence information management part 220 and detecting the situations of two or more watchers having presence information which is identical to the above presence information; and a policy setting part 310 for changing access control policy set in the watchers according to the detected situations.
