发明名称 HOLLOW SHAFT SPEED REDUCER WITH OVERLOAD PROTECTING DEVICE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow shaft speed reducer with an overload protecting device to be energized on a hollow shaft by a disc spring for applying stable thrust to the disc spring without changing the shape of the hollow shaft. SOLUTION: The disc spring 42 to be mounted on the hollow shaft 20 of the hollow shaft speed reducer 10 with the overload protecting device is arranged so that an L-shaped recessed portion 40a of a stop collar 40 engages with a stepped portion 20a of the hollow shaft 20. Thus, a contact area between the disc spring 42 and the stop collar 40 is increased without changing the shape and size of the hollow shaft 20, therefore stabilizing the thrust on the disc spring 42. Besides, a retaining ring 44 is mounted on the hollow shaft 20 at the side of the stop collar 40 opposite to the disc spring 42 to secure and hold the stop collar 40 at a predetermined position.
