PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide rail structure capable of securing the dimensional accuracy between a pair of slide rails and of enhancing the productivity. SOLUTION: The slide rail structure 20 is structured so that a left slide rail 28 is furnished with a front 74 and a rear down-facing locating pin 81 and a front 73 and a rear up-facing locating pin 82, a body floor 21 is provided with a front 75 and a rear floor locating hole 83, and that a right slide rail 34 is provided with a front 93 and a rear rail locating hole 96, and thereby the down-facing locating pins 74 and 81 are inserted into the floor locating holes 75 and 83 while the rail locating holes 93 and 96 are fitted on the up-facing locating pins 73 and 82.
