PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the reliability of the tracking function of information leakage by surely executing the storage processing of image data. SOLUTION: A digital composite machine 101 stores log information generated in the digital composite machine 101 in a first storage device (HD) installed in the digital composite machine 101, and transfers the log information stored in the first storage device to a document management server 105 at a first predetermined time, and makes the document management server 105 store it. Also, when log information generated in the digital composite machine 101 cannot be stored in the first storage device, the log information is transmitted to the digital composite machine 102, and the digital composite machine 102 stores the transmitted log information in a second storage device (HD) installed in the digital composite machine 102, and transfers the log information stored in the second storage device to a document management server 105 at a second set time, and makes the document management server 105 store the log information.
