PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coater for viscous fluids allowing easy connection of the valve unit with the conduit and disconnection of the valve unit from the conduit, and being capable of stabilizing supply of a paste from the valve unit to the syringe. SOLUTION: The valve unit 50 is connected with the conduit 71b with a connecting section 90, and the connecting section 90 consists of an inner tube 91 communicating with a flow passage 65 to form an outer screw part 92 on the outer peripheral surface and an outer tube 95 communicating with the conduit, 71b to form an inner screw part 96 to be engaged in the outer screw part 92, on the inner peripheral surface. An elastic tube 30 is inserted into the outer tube 95, and the outer screw part 92 is engaged in the inner screw part 96 so that an end face b of the inner tube 91 presses one end face (a) of the elastic tube 30 to press the other end face c of the elastic tube 30 against the receiving part d of the outer tube 95.
