A disk hopper having an illicitness prevention device is provided to correctly count discharging disks and reduce a manufacturing cost by simplifying the structure. A rotary disk(110) includes extrusion parts for transferring a disk(102). A first guide(200) is disposed at the lateral face of the rotary disk in a fixed state. A second guide is positioned at the first guide and the lateral surface of the rotary disk, is moved to a standby position separated by a distance less than the diameter of the disk from the first guide and a discharging position, and composes a disk pass detection part(116). A discharging path is for transferring the disk through the first and second guides. A disturbance unit(260) is moved according to the movement of the second guide. The disturbance unit is positioned at the discharging path while the second guide is positioned at the discharging position, is retracted from the discharging path while the second guide is positioned at the discharging position, and stops the disk at the discharging path.
