<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module and a method for manufacturing it for maintaining an initial output before forming a protection layer across a long term by preventing a break due to the corrosion of the solar cell element, etc., so as to raise durability, and to suppress a protection layer forming cost concerning the solar cell module having a resin sealing structure without using glass coating. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module is constituted by sealing the solar cell element 100 from both sides with an adhesive resin material, which is obtained by connecting surface electrode layers 7, 8, 9 arranged on one surface of a substrate 6 to back electrode layers 1 through a power collection hole 4 penetrating the substrate 6. The sides and peripheral edges of the through-holes 4, 5n penetrating the substrate 6 and a patterning part are coated with the coating material 20 containing a material which is different from the adhesive resin material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
