PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily select colors matching a person's image upon selecting the colors of the clothings or the like. SOLUTION: This color hue comparison board has a disk-type hue plate 1 and a rotating plate 2, attached pivotally to the center of the hue plate 1. On the hue plate 1, chromatic color groups, such as red, yellow, green and blue, are arranged sequentially along the circumference direction; each color group comprises, from the inner circumference to the outer circumference, a color group having low lightness and low chroma, a group having high lightness and high chroma, a color group having low lightness and high chroma, and a group with high lightness and low chroma; the color group in the outer circumference, having high lightness and low chroma is defined as summer; the next color group having low lightness and high chroma is defined as winter; the succeeding color group having high lightness and high chroma is defined as spring; and further succeeding color group in the inner circumference having low lightness and low chroma is defined as autumn; and color groups having 180°phase difference from the red color groups are designated as blue-green color groups. The rotating plate 2 has windows 21 to 25, through which one color in the color groups or a plurality of similar color groups and color groups with 180°phase difference, are observed by superposing on the hue plate.
