PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving system, after separately constructing a terrestrial digital receiving system using television reception equipment and a tuner or the like conventionally commercially available, capable of simply adding a signal from the receiving system to a conventional analog broadcasting receiving system. SOLUTION: A mixing means is provided in the course of a coaxial cable of a television receiving system constructed to transmit reception signals to a plurality of receiving ends disposed in a building through one coaxial cable by receiving television broadcasting by an antenna. On the other hand, the terrestrial digital broadcasting receiving system transmits a reception signal by a digital broadcasting antenna to a terrestrial digital tuner via a mixing/demultiplexing means disposed via a coaxial cable so as to face each other, modulates a signal outputted from the tuner to an RF signal in a modulator, and thereafter outputs the signal as a transmission signal via the mixing/demultiplexing means and the coaxial cable. The transmission signal is mixed with the reception signal received in the television receiving system via the mixing means provided on the television receiving system and is transmitted to the receiving end.
