PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perfectly shut off a radio terminal from a network to prevent the infection from spreading, when it is infected with computer virus. SOLUTION: A virus watching server SV103 broadcasts infection notice packets, when detecting virus-containing data in a network NT1. Upon the receipt of the packets, access points AP100a, AP100b and radio terminals MT101a, MT101c limit the access to an infected terminal MT101b. The MT101b stops own RF, upon the receipt of the packets. Thus, they are completely shut off from the network and prevent infection from spreading. When the virus extermination from the MT101b is completed, the RF stoppage is cancelled. The SV103 broadcasts limitation cancel packets, after the checking of the virus extermination.
