<p>A method for analog-digital conversion involves initially converting a measurement signal (Um) and determining the number (N) of the number of pulses occurring during the actual gate-time interval (Tg). The residual time different (tRa,tRe) is determined between, on one side, the first- and last pulse (P) within the gate-time interval, and on the other side the start and/or end-time point (t1,t4). The impulse time difference is determined between the last pulse (P) of the preceding gate-time interval and the last pulse (P) of the actual gate-time interval.</p> |
