PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passage for feeding-back oil pressure of a metering orifice downstream side to a spool rear chamber side in a place other than a valve housing. SOLUTION: A spool 1 operated in accordance with fore and aft differential pressures of a metering orifice 315 formed in a throttle passage 31 provided inside a union 3, and a hollow rod 5 provided so as to penetrate the spool 1 and the throttle passage 31, installed so as to linearly reciprocate inside the throttle passage 31 or the like, and contributing to formations of the metering orifice 315 and a relief mechanism are provided in the valve housing 88 formed integrally with a pump housing. The union 3 is provided in an opening of the valve housing 88 so as to face the spool 1. The passage 55 connecting a spool rear chamber 7 and a delivery port 39 is formed by a hollow part of the hollow rod 5. |
