A double jar type kettle is provided to cook the large amount of rice easily and conveniently without regulating the amount of water by evenly heating upper, lower, left and right sides of the kettle. A double jar type kettle is composed of an inner cooker(35) and an outer cooker(31), and the inner cooker and the outer cooker are covered by inserting a center(42) of a lid(40) to an upper opening part of the inner cooker. The inner cooker is made by baking earth, and plural penetration holes(35b) are formed in a bottom of the inner cooker. Filter cloth(36) is arranged in an upper part of the bottom of the inner cooker, and the inner cooker is inserted to the outer cooker. Plural spacers(31b) are formed in the outer cooker to space and place the inner cooker in the outer cooker and to boil water in a lower part of the outer cooker, and heat is evenly transmitted between the outer cooker and the inner cooker by decreasing thickness of a wall in an upper part. |
