A method for notifying statistical data error in a performance management module of an EMS(Element Management System) is provided to improve stability and efficiency by transmitting an error message to an error management module and an NMS(Network Management System). A method for notifying statistical data error in a performance management module of an EMS includes the steps of: at a scheduler, generating a timer having a task for an error notification by collecting the statistics setting data from an NE(Network Element) when a time of the NE and the EMS is synchronized by an NTP protocol(S301); if a responding period of the collected data passes, setting an event time of a real time and an item to be checked by driving a collection task(S302); checking whether the statistical data corresponding to the event time set to the each item exists in a database(S305), and re-collecting uncollected data(S308); and generating an error message for the uncollected data and notifying to an error management module and the NMS by checking whether the recollection of data is successful.
