FIELD: fish processing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing pearly materials based on natural guanine crystals prepared from fish raw material. Fresh fish scale is exposed for a short time to heat action provided either by live steam or by hot water. In next step, material is treated in washing machine with washing medium, in particular soap solution. Further, guanine is separated from washing medium and then washed with mixed organic solvent to remove far and protein impurities, wherein gasoline/chloroform mixture is used above organic solvents. ^ EFFECT: enabled recovery of high-purity guanine crystals. ^ 4 ex |
